| 摘 要： | 探讨了当前职业教育中存在的问题和改革的方向,提出了＂教产合一＂和＂二师并重＂即＂1＋2＂人才培养模式,并分析了人才培养的激励机制和高职文化课的授课方法,最后指出要创办＂教产合一＂的校办工厂,不是易事,需要各级政府的大力扶植和统筹规划并向集团化发展。
