| 摘 要： | 通过调查目前高校社会体育专业发展中面临的问题、我国健身房私教的职业现状和存在问题，并对我国健身私教人才需求、社会体育专业本科教育对私教职业化建设的影响、社会体育专业培养健身私教人才的办学条件三方面进行分析，表明目前我国商业健身房对健身私人教练员需求量巨大，通过社会体育专业本科教育，是成为合格健身私教的有效途径，因此，社会体育专业培养健身私教人才是可行的。
