摘    要:主要研究太极拳长期练习对肥胖大学生脂代谢及关联激素的影响,为武术健身和减肥提供理论依据.研究方法:按世界卫生组织推荐的肥胖标准(体重/身高指数BMI≥30为肥胖),将肥胖大学生40人随机分为2组,一组又分为男、女各10人的2个实验小组( MEG、WEG)进行为期20周、每天30min的太极拳练习,强度适中;另一组也分为男、女各10人的2个控制小组( MCG、WCG)作为对照组.实验前后按相同方法和工具测量2组对象的身体成分、血脂、胰岛素和瘦素.结果:通过20周的太极拳练习后的实验组肥胖大学生体重、体脂百分比显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);胆固醇总量(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)浓度显著下降(P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)浓度显著升高(P<0.05);血胰岛素和瘦素浓度亦显著降低(P<0.05).结论:长期练习太极拳可以改善体脂及血脂的组成成分,促进脂肪的分解代谢,调节内分泌,有利于健康、健身和减肥.

Abstract:objective:to explore the effects of long-term Taijiquan practice on the lipid metabolism and related hormone levels of obese university students,thus to provide a theoretical basis for right losing weight and WuShu fitness.Methods:40 obese university students were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group had 10 males and 10 females,obesity standard(Body mass index(BMI)≧30)was by the world health organization(WHO).One group named experiment group(EG divided into MEG and WEG) practiced Taijiquan for 20 weeks with appropriate intensity,30min each day,another group named control group(CG divided into MCG and WCG) did nothing.The two group students’ body components,blood-lipid,insulin and leptin are measured before and after experiment with the same way and the same instruments.Results:1)The weight and body fat of EG reduced significantly(P<0.01).2)The concentration of TC,TG,LDL reduced significantly too(P<0.01),the concentration of HDL increased significantly(P<0.05).3)Blood-insulin and leptin reduced significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions:Long-term Taijiquan practice improves the components of blood-lipid,promotes the fat catabolism,adjusts the endocrine,and is helpful for health,fitness and losing weight.
