| 摘 要： | 日趋严重的信息污染问题已严重困扰信息产业的发展,构建信息污染指标体系是实现对信息污染程度进行实时监控的有效手段。针对信息污染的各种表现形式,本文提出了设计信息污染指标体系必须遵循的几项原则,给出了该体系的几项通用指标,强调了信息污染指标体系的功能和作用。

| Abstract: | The daily serious information pollution has perplexed the development of information industry seriously.The construction of the information pollution index system is an effective means to monitor the information pollution degree in real time.In view of various manifestations of information pollution,this article puts forward several principles which must be followed when designing the information pollution index system,provides several common indexes,and emphasizes the function and role of the information pollution index system. |
