| 摘 要： | 以乙腈＋0.1%酸性水为流动相,采用以ZORBAX XDB-C18柱、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在200 nm波长下对敌百虫、三氯乙醛进行高效液相色谱分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.998 9,敌百虫和三氯乙醛的RSD分别为0.16%和0.64%,敌百虫原药回收率为99.92%,三氯乙醛回收率为99.76%。

| Abstract: | Using Acetonitrile ＋0.1% acidic water as the mobile and Stainless steel column and diode array detector to ZORBAX XDB-C18 column, 5p, m packing, and this paper analyzes high performance liquid chro- matographic separation and quantity on Trichlorfon, chloral at 200nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were 0,9999,0.9989. Average recoveries were 99.92%,99.76%; the RSD was 0.16%, 0.64%. |
