| 摘 要： | 对国内外机构知识库发展现状进行调查和比较，发现我国机构知识库建设虽然已经起步，但存在数量少、规模小、内容贫乏、发展缓慢等问题。提出建立多种资源收集渠道、加强宣传、鼓励各种知识资料上传、争取政策支持、开发和完善软件功能、加强联盟建设、防范可能引起的知识产权问题及关注长期保存问题等建议。

| Abstract: | By investigating and comparing development status of IR, the author discovers there are problems in IR of china, then advances some proposals, such as building up multi-channel of collecting content, spreading propaganda, encouraging submitting all kinds of content, striving for Policy Support, developing functions of IR software, strengthening IR federation, keeping away possible copyright matters and giving attention to preservation of IR content. |
