| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对河北省11个市的52所县级中学体育教师的数量、学历结构、年龄结构以及职称结构等方面进行了调查。结果表明：河北省县级中学体育教师数量在总体满足教学需要的同时略有余额，但局部配置失衡；教龄结构比较合理；教师队伍呈年轻化趋势；低学历、低职称者所占比例偏高；在教师待遇方面存在同工不同酬现象；体育教师队伍总体科研水平不高。对策：调整体育教师布局、优化体育教师队伍结构；采取有效措施，切实提高教师学历水平和科研水平；加大宣传力度，提高认识，保障体育教师的合法权益，提高体育教师的社会地位。

| Abstract: | By using the method of questionnaire, this paper makes investigation on number, education,age and title structure from 52 middle schools in Hebei province. The result shows that the total number of middle school teachers can meet the need of teaching,but inadequate in certain areas. The structure of teaching career is reasonable,teaching staff tends to be young. The proportion of low degree and title is little high. With the payment for teachers,there exists different paid for same work. It suggests that we should adjust the layout of physical education teachers, rationalizes the structure of physical education staff, take effective measure, promote the education and research level,enlarge the propaganda,maintain the teacher's right .improve the social status of physical education teachers. |
