| Abstract: | The process of Library's Digital Resource building involves many intellectual property rights.This paper puts forward that libraries should fully and rationally use the legal space,effectively evade the issue of intellectual property rights,and enrich the mode and the contents of information resources construction in the legal frame of the intellectual property rights. |
