| 摘 要： | 本文就同工酶技术在鸡球虫种株鉴定、流行病学、遗传学研究以及耐药虫株检测等方面的应用作一阐述,并扼要分析了该技术在球虫学研究中的优缺点。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the application of isoenzyme technique in the differentiation of the species and strains,Epidemiology,genetics and the detection of drug resistance of Eimeria species from chicken were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantage in the research of coccidia were analysized briefly. |
