| 摘 要： | 中国的成功“入世”,对国内银行业进军国际市场,进而推进其与国际金融的融合,使中国银行业进入新的快速发展轨道,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。但同时,外资金融机构凭借其“机制 资本 技术 人才”的强力配置模式,来分割国内金融资源,抢占市场份额,从而对我国的银行业构成巨大威胁。中国银行业虽然从规模上看确实不小,但在综合竞争实力上与国外一些大银行相比,还存在很大差距。因此,中国银行业必须顺应WTO以及经济全球化、全球金融一体化的潮流,并以此为契机,进一步深化改革,不断增强国际竞争力,既要守好本土,又要勇于抢滩境外市场。

| Abstract: | China's entering the WTO is of great importance to Chinese banking industry. Chinese banking industrycan be much closer to the international finance and enjoy a rapid development. While at the same time, the foreign finan-cial structure, holding their advanced experiences and techniques, enters China to find opportunities and occupy the mar-ket. The scale of Chinese banking industry seems to be large. However, compared to some foreign banks, its competitivepower is not so strong. In this situation, Chinese banking industry should reform to meet the requirements of globalizationto defend the national market and should go out to conquer the international market. |
