| 摘 要： | 随着图书馆电子化建设的不断发展, 对网络化信息服务的质量要求越来越高。本文以高校图书馆电子阅览室Web 浏览控制与管理的应用环境为背景, 针对以往网络收费管理方式的不足进行讨论, 简要介绍了一种Internet 浏览收费系统的设计目标、系统方案、软硬件环境和技术特点。
