| 摘 要： | 审判委员会对经合议庭审理的重大或疑难案件进行讨论或作出决定，是人民法院内部对审判工作进行集体领导的组织。近年来，司法界特别是人民法院内部要求废除审判委员会制度的呼声越来越高。现行的审判委员合制度固然存在一定的弊端，但其作用不可或缺，只要加以完善，它的存在则具有一定的现实意义。

The Current Situation and Development of Judicial Committee Institution |

| Abstract: | Judicial committee is an organization, by which the people court carries out the collective leadership for hearing trials. It doesn't trial a case directly, but only discusses and draws a conclusion about those great and hard cases that have been judged by collegiate bench. In recent years, people in law field especial in the people court, more and more people appeal to abolish judicial committee institution. Indeed, it's no doubt that the current judicial committee institution has some malpractice, but its function is necessary. Its existence will be significant practically if we can make it more perfect. |
