| 摘 要： | 德阳市为实施工业强市战略,作出了建设中国西部职业教育基地的决定,以"开放、统筹、共建、整推"的理念和方式,促进了职业教育跨越式发展,为经济社会发展和重装基地建设提供了强大的智力支撑和人才保障,实现了职业教育与经济社会发展的良性互动。但是中等职业教育仍存在部分专业设置尚不能完全适应产业化发展需要,校企合作难度大,"双师型"师资队伍建设滞后的问题。要促使德阳中职教育再上台阶,重点要抓好:与支柱产业、重点产业相逢应的专业调整;大力推进产教结合;加强"双师型"师资队伍建设。

| Abstract: | To carry out the strategy of booming the city by developing industry,Deyang City has made the decision of building western China vocational education base,adopting policy of"opening up to the outside world,planning as a whole,building together and improving together"to promote great-leap-forward vocational education devel- opment,to provide intelligent and powerful support to economic development and the heavy machinery base construc- tion.Vocational education and economic development promote each other well.Nevertheless,there are still some problems existing in the secondary vocational schools:dissatisfaction of majors'establishment to meet the needs of in- dustrialization;great difficulty to establish cooperation relationships with enterprises;lack of dual-qualification teachers.It is crucial to adjust majors according to pillar and key industries,push integrity of teaching and produ- cing,and increase dual-qualification teachers. |
