| 摘 要： | 继续深化我国的政治体制改革,要把重点放在进一步完善执政党的领导方式和健全党内民主制度建设上;要以(前)苏联共产党的教训为鉴戒,坚决克服并彻底解决"苏联共产党模式"的执政体制及其党内生活规则中存在的严重弊端。切实加强党的领导制度建设,涉及到"四制"、"四权"的问题,为此必须搞好四个方面的改革。

| Abstract: | The deepening of Chinese political system reform should focus on the innovation of leadership manner and the improvement of the democratic system inside of party; learning lessons from former USSR Communist Party, we must be determined to overcome and solve the severe defects in the ruling system and democratic life inside of party of the USSR Communist Party mode. The authentic strengthening of the party leadership system construction involves "four regulations" and "four rights", for which four aspects of reform must be implemented with care. |
