| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难,而就业观成为大学毕业生影响就业的主观因素之一,通过问卷调查,了解少数民族地区体育专业毕业生对就业观、就业倾向,结果：63%的学生表示就业困难,仅有3%和2%的学生愿意到少数民族地区和乡村就业。建议：规范人才市场管理;加强少数民族地区就业政策的宣传,制定和实行优惠政策;高校建立完善管理体系,重视就业指导工作,拓宽就业渠道。

| Abstract: | College students have been facing employment embarrassment.Their attitude towards employment is one of the subjective factors that affect the results of recruitment.A questionnaire survey was conducted in order to collect information such as the attitudes toward,intentions and value of employment of physical education major students in minority areas.The result showed that 63% of the students expressed their worries and concerns of difficulties in finding jobs.Only 3% and 2% of the students said they would ... |
