| 摘 要： | 本文运用哲学、生理学、心理学等学科为指导,对家庭环境培养少儿体育意识的重要性进行了研究。阐述了少儿时期是体育意识形成的最佳时期,是体育意识形成的＂敏感期＂,是强身健体,开发少儿智力的有效途径,以及家庭环境在少儿成长的过程中所起的重要作用。

| Abstract: | By using the method of philosophy,physiology and psychology,this paper studies the importance of family environment on fostering children sports awareness,explains that the best time of sports awareness formation is the period childhood,and it is the effective way to improve their physical fitness and develop intellect.The family environment plays an important function in children growth. |
