| 摘 要： | 针对现有企事业单位文档管理中存在的问题和需求，提出基于网络的、分布式的文档在线管理解决方案。以微软新产品SharePointServer2007为该解决方案的设计平台，实现文档完整生命周期的管理。着重分析该解决方案系统的架构并总结基于SharePointServer2007在线文档管理解决方案的特点。
