| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在乳癌中过表达的临床意义。方法：取乳腺腺瘤47例,乳腺癌95例,利用SABC法检测VEGF阳性率。结果：VEGF在腺瘤中阳性率为25.53%（12/47）,在乳癌中阳性率为54.75%（52/95）;在浸润性癌和有淋巴结转移组阳性率明显高于非浸润性组和无淋巴结转移组（P〈0.05）。结论：VEGF过表达提示患者预后不良,检测VEGF对化疗方案选择有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of VEGF expression in human breast cancer.Methods:For 47 cases with breast tumor and 95 cases with breast cancer,VEGF were examined by SABC immunohistochemical methods.Results:The positive rate of VEGF was 25.53%(12/47) in the breast adenoma and the positive rate of VEGF was 54.75%(52/95) in breast cancer.The positive rates of VEGF in invasive breast cancer and lymphmetastases group were significantly higher than that of non-invasive group and non-lymphmetastases group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overexperssion of VEGF may be predict poor prognosis and VEGF examined is helpful for chemotherapy plan of breast cancer. |
