| 摘 要： | 随着全民健身计划纲要的实施，以及高校体育健康课程的制订，高校学校体育以增强学生体质的单一功能逐步向健身、健心、体育娱乐、交际、终身体育等多元化发展。休闲体育也作为一种全新的体育运动理念日益深入人心，成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一个活动内容。因此，为促进高校学校体育与休闲体育的协调发展，有必要探讨一下学校体育与休闲体育的融合。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of the national fitness program, and establishment of college physical education and health curriculum, the college physical education has changed its single function from enhancing the physical fitness of students to the fitness function, heart health, sports entertainment, communication, life - long sports. Leisure sports as a brand - new sports concept is increasingly popular and become indispensable to the dai- ly life of an activity. Therefore, in order to promote the national physical education and the coordinated development of leisure sports, it is necessary to explore the national physical and leisure sports integration. |
