| 摘 要： | 本文通过对权利意识在近代欧洲资产阶级革命的胜利、现代西方国家发达物质文明的实现以及我国社会主义制度的建立和巩固中所起的不可替代的作用的回顾,针对我国当前法治的现实状况,明确指出:加强公民的权利意识在我国法治进程中是非常必要而且极为紧迫。

| Abstract: | By looking back on the awareness of the right playing no substitute role in the win of modern European bourgeois revolution, the realization in modern Western countries and the found and solidity of our socialist system, in view of the situation of our country's rule by law at present, this article clearly points out: it is very necessary and urgent for the process of our country's rule by law to strengthen the citizens' awareness of the right. |
