| 摘 要： | NGO是一种非赢利性、非政府、自愿自治的正规化民间公益组织。中国现今的NGO可分为"自上而下型"、"自下而上型"和"上下结合型"三类。受传统观念限制,我国对NGO工作人员职务型经济犯罪研究较少,可实质上它却具有极大的社会危害性。在产生根源上,它主要包括社会转型期制度滞后和权力的自身特性、利益的刺激、旧有思想文化潜移默化和法律规制与监督体系之缺失四个方面。

| Abstract: | NGO refers to the non-profit, non-government, free-will and self-governing formal civil organization. Presently, the NGOs in China can be divided into three types, including "up to down" , "down to up" and "up and down" . With restriction to traditional concepts, there is less study of NGO staff duty economic crimes in China, although these crimes have terrible social harm. The original reasons for these crimes mainly lie in four aspects: the outdated rules of the changing society and the inherent characteristics of power; the stimulation of benefits; the effects of traditional culture; the lack of laws, rules and supervision systems. |
