| 摘 要： | 文章对瑶山吉冬诺酒进行了检测分析，发现其含有丰富的多糖、核酸、卵磷脂、低聚糖、超氧化物歧化酶、不饱和脂肪酸、氨基酸、维生素等营养成份，以及钙、镁、钾、钠、铜、铁、锌、硅、锶、硒等矿物质或微量元素。
