| 摘 要： | 随着经济的飞速发展和科技的不断进步，科技英语已经成为一种非常重要的英语文体，科技英语翻译的地位也日渐重要，其中科技词汇翻译是决定译文质量的一个重要环节。论文从词义的选择与表达、科技术语的译法、专有名词的译法以及缩写词和符号的译法等方面，介绍科技英语名词汉译的具体技巧，并结合实例加以说明，使其具有较强的应用性。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,English for Science and Technology (EST) has become one of the most important English styles,and the role of EST translation is getting more and more significant,with the translation of EST vocabulary being a decisive factor for the quality of translated texts.The thesis makes an introduction to the concrete techniques of translating technical nouns from English into Chinese in the aspects of the selection and expression of word meaning, the translation of technical terms,proper nouns as well as abbreviation and symbols,illustrating by examples to make them more applicable. |
