| 摘 要： | 教学评价制度是高校教学改革的重要内容与方式。在后大众化时代,地方高校的教学评价制度既彰显诸多适应内外部环境需要的变革趋势,又呈现高校教学评价的某些一般性"痼疾"及基于"应用"定位的特殊问题。地方高校应基于不同主体的立场交融、应用型人才定位、教师发展需要、学科专业的特殊性以及学校发展环境的新变化,进一步推进教学评价制度改革。

| Abstract: | The teaching evaluation system is an important teaching content and method of teaching reform in colleges and universities. In the post - massification era, teaching evaluation system of local college not only highlights a lot of reform trend to adapt to internal and external environment, but also presents some general ＂ Chronic Illness＂ of teaching evaluation system of local college and the special problems of location - based ＂ Application＂ . The local colleges should further promote the reform of teaching evaluation system based on stance blending of different body, applied talents positioning, development needs of teachers, particularity of professional disciplines, and the new changes of development environmental in university. |
