| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革和发展的不断深入，高校财务管理的内涵和模式发生着深刻变化，加强高校财务管理势在必行。当前高校财务工作存在不少问题和困难，必须找准对策，采取得力措施，提高财务管理效能，保障教学、科研和其他工作正常运行，确保教育质量和办学效益逐步上升。

| Abstract: | With the deepening course of higher educational reform and development,the connotation and form of financial management in colleges and Universities are changing intensely.At present problems and troubles in finance work in colleges and universities force us to look for countermeasures and take powerful corrective in order to enhance the effect of financial management.Strengthening financial management is extremely needed to protect the usual coursing of teaching research as well as other work and to make sure educational quality and mileage will go up successively. |
