| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了大冬会在基础设施、体育场馆建设、广告效应等方面,对哈尔滨区域经济发展和地方体育产业的积极推动作用。在此基础上,对大冬会体育场馆的建设、管理与运营,周边地区的规划,体育产业链,旅游业,房地产业等方面的发展提出了建议。
