摘    要:创业型大学逐步兴起,高校教师角色正由"学者"向"创业者"转化。为此,政府出台一系列政策鼓励高校教师离岗创业,但收效甚微。为揭示阻碍高校教师创业动机产生的主要因素和前因构型,文章以高校教师为研究样本,通过问卷调查的方式收集资料,采用多值集定性比较分析方法(mvQCA)对数据进行分析,试图揭示个人层面的"性别""年龄""创业信心"、家人层面的"家人反对"和社会层面的"政策支持不够"等五个变量之间的共同作用对高校教师创业动机的影响。结果表明,阻碍高校教师创业动机产生的是多种不同因素共同作用的结果,并找出了阻碍高校教师创业动机产生的六种条件组合。在此基础上,对激发高校教师创业动机提出了相关建议和措施。

Abstract:With the rise of entrepreneurial universities,the role of university teachers is transforming from"scholars"to"entrepreneurs".To this end,the government has introduced a series of policies to encourage university teachers to leave their jobs and start their own businesses,but with little effect.In order to reveal the main factors hindering the entrepreneurial motivation of college teachers and the reasons for this situation,his study uses college teachers as the research sample,collecting data through questionnaire surveys and using the multi-value set qualitative comparative analysis method(mvQCA)to analyze the data,trying to reveal the joint effect of five variables,which are"gender","age"and"entrepreneurial confidence"at the individual level,"family opposition"at the family level and"inadequate government policy support"at social level,on the entrepreneurial motivation of college teachers.The results show that it is the result of the combined influence of different factors that hinders the entrepreneurial motivation of university teachers,and find six conditions combinations that hinder the entrepreneurial motivation of university teachers.On this basis,this study puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the entrepreneurial motivation of university teachers.
