专业认证视域下高职院校师范类专业发展思考

摘    要:专业认证制度是高等教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分,师范类专业认证的理念与标准既是认证专业的标准,也是专业建设的规范。高职院校中的师范类专业应该用好专业认证制度,高质量发展专业内涵。表现在:用专业认证的理念指导专业办学,用专业认证的标准规范专业建设,用专业认证的成果提升专业地位,用专业认证的经验重建专业架构。通过专业认证不断培育专业的自适应性、提升专业的竞争力、增强专业的自信心、提高专业的反思能力,这应该成为专业认证视域下高职院校师范类专业发展的理性选择。

Abstract:The professional certification system is an important part of the higher education quality assurance system. The concept and standard of teacher training professional certification is not only the standard of accreditation specialty, but also the specification of professional construction. The normal majors in higher vocational colleges should make good use of the professional certification system and develop the professional connotation with high quality. It is shown in the following aspects: guiding the professional education with the concept of professional certification, standardizing the specialty construction with the standards of professional certification, promoting the professional status with the results of professional certification, and reconstructing the professional structure with the experience of professional certification. It should be a rational choice for the development of normal majors in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of professional certification to cultivate the adaptability of the specialty, enhance the competitiveness of the specialty, enhance the self-confidence of the specialty, and improve the reflective ability of the specialty.
