| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在构建安全可靠情报信息共享模式以增强情报信息共享程度,优化情报体系整体能力。方法/过程]结合区块链加密安全、不可篡改、可追溯的特点,提出一种基于区块链共享源信息信息段的链上共享模型;同时为有效传输源信息负载,提出一种基于地址访问情报信息中心的链下访问模型。结果/结论]提出的情报信息共享模型具有安全、可控、高效、可信等特点,为推动跨机构情报信息共享提供参考。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to build a safe and reliable intelligence information sharing mode to enhance the degree of intelligence information sharing and optimize the overall ability of the intelligence information system.Method/process]Combining the block-chain characteristics of encryption security non-tampering and traceability the paper proposes an on-chain sharing model based on block-chain sharing source information segment.Meanwhile for the effective transmission of source information load it proposes an off-chain accessing model based on the address to access the intelligence information center.Result/conclusion]The intelligence information sharing model has the characteristics of security controllability high efficiency and credibility which provides references for promoting inter-agency intelligence information sharing。 |
