摘    要:"趋同管理"既是当今世界各国开展外国留学生培养的主要方式,也是在跨文化背景下提高教育教学质量的重要措施。从我国高校来华留学生教育培养的实际出发,力求在"同中有异、求同存异、大同小异"的原则下围绕语言的相合、知识的整合、文化的应合和情感的融合作出整体性、系统性探析,构建语言、知识、文化、情感等四者互动、互通、互融的"LKC-E趋同管理"培养模式,从而促进"知华、友华"来华留学教育培养目标的实现。

Abstract:Convergence management is the main way to cultivate foreign students around the world, and it is also a crucial method to improve the overall quality of education under the cross-cultural background. Based on the reality of international students education and training in China, this paper tries to make an overall and systematic analysis of the integration of language, knowledge, culture and emotion under the principle of "allowing difference in the same, seeking common while reserving differences, be the same in essentials while differing in minor points". The "LKC-E"convergence management training model that integrates the interaction of language, knowledge, culture and emotion is constructed to promote the training goal of "get to know China and build friendship with China"for international students in China.
