| 摘 要： | 围绕教育部所倡导的"健康第一"的指导思想,并结合笔者所参与研究的教育部关于"高校体育课内外一体化教学改革模式的研究"课题项目及长期的教学实践,力图探索出一条相对科学而又行之有效的内外一体化教学新模式,以期实现体育与健康教育的完美统一、理论与实践的有效结合,并进一步推动高校体育改革向纵深发展。

| Abstract: | This paper is centered on the theme of Health is primary which is supported by Education Dept., and combined with the author's long-term practice of teaching and assisting study of the project on reforms of integrated pattern of PE in university which is nominated by Education Dept. Through the analysis, the author endeavors to probe for a relatively scientific and effective pattern to realize the combination of PE and health, theory and practice, furthermore to propel the development of reforms of PE in university. |
