| Abstract: | Counselors and the teachers in charge of classes are both the main stream in the ideological and political education among college studen ts.Counselor class teachers, playing both roles, have their particularity, which decides their special role and function in the basic-level Party construction in colleges and universities.As the manager, instructor and supervisor, counsel or class teachers are the convincing guarantee that Party construction can be carried through smoothly in the class. |
