| 摘 要： | 根据当今社会和基础教育发展的需要 ,高等师范院校要转变教育思想 ,更新教育观念 ,以培养创新型教师为指向 ,通过构建素质教育平台 ,改革人才培养模式 ,优化课程体系等方面 ,积极进行创新人才培养的实践探索。创新型教师的培养还需要一定的制度保障 ,高师院校要建立现代教学管理制度和多元化评价制度 ,而社会要完善教师评价机制

| Abstract: | In accordance with needs of present society and elementary educational development,Higher teachers'schools should transform their educational thoughts and renew their educational ideas.They should take an active part in a practical exploration of how to cultivate innovative teachers by means of constructing a platform for quality education,reforming the talent cultivation model,and optimizing the coures system.The cultivation of innovative teachers also needs a platform for quality education,reforming the talent cultivation medel,and optimizing the coures system.The cultivation of innovative teachers also needs a guarantee of certain rules and regulatons.Higher normal colleges should set up a modern teaching management system and a pluralistic assessment system,and our society should perfect the teacher assessment mechanism. |
