| 摘 要： | 在教学活动中,能否善于调动学生的学习情趣,创造良好的课堂氛围,是教师教学水平的重要体现.文章结合心理学方法,对影响课堂教学效果的非智力因素作一剖析.结论认为:在体育教学中,适当地运用现代管理艺术方法--情感教育,对调动师生的积极性,促进师生之间的感情交流,进一步提高教学质量,具有不可低估的作用.

| Abstract: | In the class teaching, it is very important for a teacher whether he can create good class atmosphere and raise students' study interests. The paper analyzes the non-intelligent elements influencing the teaching effects and argues that it is very useful to use the emotional education suitably for raising teacher and students' enthusiasm, promoting their communication and improving the teaching quality. |
