| 摘 要： | 通过献资料法、理性思维法对体育与养生两概念进行了逻辑学思考，结果表明：体育与养生是两个本质不同的概念，应区别对待；体育侧重于身体练习，养生侧重于调整心态，体育与养生有交叉关系，其交叉概念宜用“体育养生”来表述；体育养生强调形、神、意的结合。
