| 摘 要： | 企业信息化项目实施成功的比例远远低于其他高技术研究项目，提高成功率已成为各类信息化项目投资企业的迫切要求。用输出、输入和关联三个向量标识一个过程，用向量之间的参数关系表示过程网络，提出了企业信息化项目实施过程的双进程模型和集成管理模型框架，并对集成模型框架中的更改过程、冲突过程和知识创新过程三个主要的过程管理进行了研究。

| Abstract: | The rate of enterprise informatization projects failure remains high in comparison with that of other high-tech projects. It is urgent to explore solution to improve the efficiency and the rate of success of enterprise informatization project implementation. In this paper ,a process is depicted by three vectors--output, input and relationship, and processes network is depicted by parameter relationships among three vectors. In order to manage enterprise informatization project implementation processes effectively, a two-course model and an integrated management model framework are presented. Focusing on managing three crucial processes-- change process, conflict process and innovation knowledge process in the integrated management model framework is also studied. |
