论新课程改革中的教师转变

摘    要:教师在课程内容与活动方式、教学行为、心理等方面产生积极的转变,是新课程改革顺利推进的条件,也是新课程改革取得成效的标志。教师转变在新课程改革推进的过程中会经历焦虑无助期、冲突适应期和创造再生期三个阶段。只有在专业引领、资源配置、制度建设、文化更新等方面为教师转变提供充分的支持,教师才能成功地走进创造再生期,从而才能使新课程改革得到进一步的推进。
