有氧训练对青少年男子短跑运动员的作用

摘    要:速度是一切运动的基础 ,短跑训练必须从青少年抓起 ,短跑运动的特点是以无氧代谢能量为主 ,但无氧训练必须以有氧训练为基础 ,有氧训练虽然不能直接提高短跑成绩 ,但能使运动员增大吸氧量 ,改善运动员的心血管和呼吸系统的功能 ,提高其素质 ,承受大负荷训练和大负荷训练以后的恢复。本文通过对我校短跑组 1 6名男生 ,抽样确定两组进行数据统计比较 ,初步探讨有氧训练对青少年男子短跑成绩影响 ,以便进一步提高教学和训练的水平。

Abstract:Speed is the base for running.Dash training must be carried out among teenagers.The typicality of dashes is that the non-oxygen training is based on the oxygen training.The oxygen training cannot improve the result of dashes directly.but it helps runners breathe more oxygen and improve the function of the veins of the heart and breathing system.It can enhance runners'quality.It also helps them return to normal.By comparing the data of the selected two groups of thirty-two students from No.3 Middle School of Feixi and the Physical Training School of Hefei,the author discusses the effect of the oxygen training on dash teenagers in order to improve the teaching and training.
