| 摘 要： | 城市公共交通优先发展是解决城市交通问题的重要途径。首先分析了城市公共交通优先发展的内涵与实现途径，然后建立城市公共交通优先发展度的评价指标体系，最后探讨了BP神经网络模型的评价方法。
