摘    要:20世纪90年代以来,在南非社会民主化进程中,南非教师教育发生了急剧而复杂的变革,教师教育政策相继出台,但由于政府政策与现实相脱离,很多政策实施效果不佳,给教师造成负担.为协调现有各项政策措施,解决南非教师短缺和教师培训落后等问题,南非政府制定了<南非教师教育和教师发展国家政策框架>.本文分析了南非教师教育政策的变革,其中有很多值得我们借鉴和思考的经验.

Abstract:Teacher education has undergone a rapid and complicated transformation since the 1990s in the context of democratization in South Africa.Numerous and weighty policy documents on teacher education have been issued by the government.However,as many policies ignored the conditions on the ground,their implemen- tation was not desirable.In order to co-ordinate present policies and solve the problems of teacher shortage and under-qualification,the government formulated The National Policy Framework for Teacher Education and Devel- opment in South Africa.The transformation of teacher education policies in South Africa has practical implications for us.
