| 摘 要： | 硒是人体必需的微量元素之一,具有多种生物学功能,最重要的功能就是抗肿瘤,这一点已从多方面得到确认。近年来硒在抗肿瘤各方面的研究都得到迅速发展,有的含硒抗肿瘤药物已经进入临床研究,为肿瘤的治疗提供了一种有效的选择,具有广阔的临床应用前景。综述了硒与肿瘤的相关性研究进展,重点介绍了硒的抗肿瘤作用机制,而且对硒的毒理学等方面的研究进行了较为详细的介绍。最后对含硒药物的发展前景作了介绍。 |

| Abstract: | Selenium is one of the essential micronutrient elements for the human body and has lots of physiologicalfunctions. The most important physiological function of Selenium is antitumor, which has been confirmed in manyaspects. In recent years, the research progress of selenium on antitumor is rapid. Some selenium-containing antitu-mor medicine havebeen used in clinic research, which provids a very effective way to treat the tumor and bring wideperspective. Herein, we reviewed the recent research progress of the correlations between selenium and the tumor, theantitumor mechanism of its action, and the toxicology of selenium. The developing prospect of selenium antitumormedicine is discussed as well. |
