| 摘 要： | 男子排球后备人才的培养是我国男排重新崛起的关键因素。通过体育测量、问卷调查等方法对我国男排后备人才的身体形态、体能状况进行了调查研究,对青少年培养方式、手段等方面提出了排球后备人才培养的方案。

| Abstract: | The training of men′s volleyball reserve talent is the male row of our country again raise abruptly crucial factor. This paper queues up the body form and body condition of reserve talent through the methods such as sport measure and questionnaire investigation for the man of our country, and discusses teenagers training way and means, also puts forward the scheme of volleyball reserve talent training. |
