| 摘 要： | 目前公益性技术项目还缺乏有效的数量化的综合评价方法，这影响政府公益性技术项目投入的绩效评价及后续发展。文章首先建立公益性技术项目评价指标体系结构模型并利用AHP方法解决了模糊综合评价方法中的权重，然后建立两级模糊综合评价模型将专家对多项评价指标的评分进行综合评价，以检验公益性技术项目的绩效。

| Abstract: | At present, the commonweal technology project lacks effective and quantitative synthesis evaluation methods, which affect the evaluation of investment performance and follow-up development of the government commonweal technology project. In this paper, through the establishment of the evaluation index system model of commonweal technology project and by using AHP, the weight is acquired by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, then the synthetic index of expert evaluation scores come out by establishing the two grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which can examine the performance of the commonweal technology project. |
