| 摘 要： | 化产业作为继化工业之后的新兴产业经济形态，在全球范围内得到了蓬勃的发展。20世纪90年代以来，面临全球化趋势的发展与扩大，中国也逐步意识到了化产业在促进生产力发展、提高人民生活水平、满足广大人民群众物质生活与精神生活需要方面的重大作用，提出一系列的政策与发展方针，以指导和促进化产业的发展。广西的化产业还存在着产业规模小、地域分布不均衡、化和科技含量不高等问题。应加快化制度改革，调整化产业结构，重点挖掘、培育具有地域、民族特色的传统化，使化产业成为推动广西经济发展的支柱产业。

| Abstract: | Cultural industry has enjoyed rapid development around the world as a form of newly emerging industrial economy. Since 1990s, China has gradually seen the significant role that cultural industry plays in pushing forward the productive forces, raising the living standards of the people, and meeting the needs of both the material life and the spiritual life of the people. China has also correspondingly put forward a series of policies to speed up the pace of developing cultural industry. Due to its small scale, uneven distribution, and low technological level of the cultural industry in Guangxi, greater efforts have to be made to reorganize its cultural institutions and to restructure its cultural industry by exploiting the traditional culture featuring the ethnic nationalities in Guangxi so that cultural industry may become a mainstay industry in its economic development. |
