| 摘 要： | 结合健雄职业技术学院校内生产性实训基地的建设实践,对实训基地建设的运行管理机制进行了实践性研究,提出了＂六制度一机制＂的管理模式,保证了校内实训基地建设可持续发展,促进了学生综合素质的全面发展.

| Abstract: | The study on operation and management mechanism for practical research is developed with the construction of intramural productive training base in Chien-shiung institute of Technology.In this paper,"six system mechanism"management mode is put forward to ensure the sustainable development of the inner-practice base construction,and promote the all-round development of students’ comprehensive quality. |
