| 摘 要： | 职业教育要以生本教育理论为指导,结合市场需求、专业特点和学生心理,从生命的意义出发,构建以人为本的学校管理模式,以生为本的教育教学模式,创建职业教育生本学校。两年来,我们在专家的引领下,加强生本教育培训,转变教育观念的;开展课堂教学研究,构建生本课堂教学模式,取得了可喜的教学成绩。
