| 摘 要： | 国家开放大学的建设,是充分利用现代信息技术,适应国家终身教育体系建设发展需要的重大举措,国家开放大学的成立,将会给地方电大的生存和发展带来重大影响。如何抓住机遇,乘势而上？我们应在总结开放教育经验、教训的基础上,紧紧依靠系统优势,但更重要的是结合本地实际,努力强化自身优势,办出自己的特色。

| Abstract: | The construction of National Open University,which makes fully use of modern information technology,is a significant act for adapting to the building and developing a life-long educational system of our country.The establishing of National Open University will have great impact on the development of regional RTVUs.How to seize the opportunity and make best use of it？ The paper suggests that it rely firmly on the RTVU system on the basis of summing up the experience of open education from both positive and negative sides.The more important factor is to develop with the local conditions,enforcing its advantages and highlighting its school-running characteristics. |
