| 摘 要： | 以北京地区涉外企业对基层员工的读写能力需求调查为基础,将调查的成果数据进行分析、研究,同时对新读写能力理论进行阐述和研究,探讨多元读写能力的培养是否是向社会输送合格人才的有效教学模式。

| Abstract: | On the basis of survey of the demands for English reading and writing skills of the junior staffs in the enterprises in Beijing concerning foreign affairs, this thesis makes an analysis and research, and meanwhile elaborates new literacy studies. The aim of the thesis is to find out the best way of supplying staffs with excellent reading and writing skills to the enterprises. |
