| 摘 要： | 非营利组织(NPO)是从西方引入的概念,主要是指政府与企业以外的社会组织。随着经济社会的发展,非营利组织在我国发展过程中体现出越来越重要的作用,同时也凸显出越来越多的问题。当前我国非营利组织公信危机频发,究其根源,主要是由于信息透明度不足,各方监管不到位。因此,建立有效可行的信息披露机制,提高非营利组织的信息透明度,是提升我国非营利组织公信力、维持其长远发展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The non-profit organization(NPO) is introduced from the west,concept,mainly refers to social organizations in addition to the government and the enterprises.With the development of economy and society,the development process of non-profit organizations in China plays a more and more important role,but also highlights the growing problem.The current credibility crises occur frequently in our country,investigate its germ,mainly due to lack of information transparency,and the regulation is not in place.Therefore,to establish an effective information disclosure mechanism,improve the information transparency of non-profit organizations,is the promotion of the credibility,and the important way of maintain its long-term development of non-profit organizations in our country. |
