| Abstract: | The paper mainly study the optimization of the environment of Hubei Province scientific and technological personnel gathering by the harmonious management theory.Firstly,the harmonious management theory is important role to promote scientific and technological personnel gathering,and then analyzed the status environment of scientific and technological personnel gathering of Hubei Province.Finally,it discussed the relevant measurements and suggestion of the level optimization technology professionals in Hubei Province. |
